It's alright, but has one men's and one women's toilet for three cabins which sleep four people each. Result: toilet is *always* occupied. Wi-Fi is terrible, too. But otherwise, the place is great!
Great base camp for adventure and relaxation! Right in the middle of town, but doesn't feel cramped. Thanks to Westcliffe being a really great little town, it also doesn't feel busy either. Owners are really nice and the facilities are everything you need in an RV park. As an added bonus, almost every site is a pull-thru! Also, being the only RV park open around Westcliffe through the winter, it's really nice to be able to walk anywhere in town on beautiful sunny winter days.

LOVE this place!!! Favorite accommodations, people and of course TOWN! Best kept secret tucked away in the The gorgeous Sangre de Cristos!
Beautiful place to stay, 4 star views, 1 star for no antenna or cable tv reception, so bring satellite dish. Small and expensive laundry. Small spaces and narrow if you want to put out your awning.
