Beware of this practice as well as Martin & Tope Real Estate. They apparently work together in fleecing prospective buyers of their earnest money. I had $1500 taken from me because the sellers were untruthful on their disclosure which was realized on the walk through, at which time I decided to walk from the deal. Not only for reasons of the disclosure, but during the whole process it quite seemed as though I was working alone against not only the seller and their agent but mine for some reason too? After being told they were keeping MY earnest money, I find that my agent Mattie Burtt actually received a commission on the earnest money herself??? DO YOURSELF A FAVOR CHOOSE REMAX OR SOME OTHER CREDIBLE REALTOR !!!!
